Student Photo Permissions

I wanted to make sure that everyone is aware of a change that occurred this year with the Photo Permissions that are collected through Alma Start. There are now two fields, one called Permission - Internal Photos (with a simple Yes/No) and Permission - External Photos with these options:

• Yes (photo and name)
• Yes (photo only, no name)
• No

This was agreed upon by the AA's over the summer and they are continuing to process the responses that come through. Here is the language describing each separate permission:

One thing to keep in mind is that if Newsletters are posted to the External School website, then students will have to have both "Yes" in order to be included. Students who have said No to external photos will have to be vetted out.
