Hello Parents & Guardians! 

This year's annual student forms are now available in Alma Start. Many of you had success logging into Alma in the Spring, and we're here to help you do it again (or for the first time)! I've included the instructions for logging in and finding your student's forms. 

You will also get an email from SchoolDoc to fill out your student's health profile. If you do not receive an email from them by the end of the day on Thursday (08/14/2025), please email it@windhamcentral.org to let us know. In the Student Health Profile: There is a section for immunizations records, but this section is currently locked as we work to upload the records we already have on file. 

Thank you for your patience and your participation! All forms should be submitted prior to the first day of school on 08/27/2025, so please let us know if you have any questions or issues with completing them. An email to it@windhamcentral.org is a good place to start.
