I began my role as Director of Curriculum & Instruction with Windham Central in July of 2016.  

I feel fortunate to be part of the Windham Central Supervisory Union.  My role as Director of Curriculum & Instruction lends me the opportunity to be in a lot of different classrooms and to work closely with many of our teachers and instructional leaders.   Our schools, while unique in their culture and educational experiences, share the same belief in our students' abilities to achieve.  I am honored to call WCSU my professional home and feel lucky to get to do the work I do.

I began my career as a classroom teacher in Elkton, Maryland in 1995.  Several years and a few states later, I moved out of my teaching role and into that of a school administrator.  Over the next 12 years I served as an Assistant Principal, Principal and Assistant Superintendent before becoming a Director of Curriculum.  I believe the different professional experiences over the years has provided me with a solid foundation to understand the needs and strengths of our schools.  

When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and chasing our two dogs, Rocky and Daisy.  I love living in New England and while not a native, I call it home.
